If you have a Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) and you wish to borrow in order to purchase investment properties. The borrowing is called SMSF loan.

Our SMSF Loan service covers borrowing to purchase:

Commercial property (properties)

As the Self-Managed Super Fund is a highly regulated area, customers are recommended to talk to their financial planner and/or accountant before contacting us for SMSF loan service.
